photo / February 2021 Filipino and Portuguese descent. All my life I have known, felt, done, and seen things that I knew weren’t “normal”. I brushed it all off until the beginning of my awakening in 2007. I was at the lowest point of my life. Lost, unrecognizable, depleted, and broken. Not too long after I was gifted my very first aura reading that blew my mind. On that same day, I ended up experiencing my first Reiki healing session where I discovered how closely connected I am with Archangel Michael. I was also guided by the practitioner to connect with the earth and crystals. And my entire world as I knew it, changed forever.
As a Master Crystal Alchemist, I began to commune with crystals in 2011, offering crystal guidance and readings nationwide at pop-ups, wellness events, and yoga conferences including at nationwide Yoga Journal Lives and Wanderlust Festivals. Recently at Chopra Retreats Nationwide from 2022-2023. I quickly learned through the process of creating Open Heart Warrior that I have the natural ability to feel and connect with crystals, gems, and stones frequencies. This allowed me to serve as a conduit for those seeking to work with them on an energetic and conscious level. In 2012 I started to experience astral projections in to crystal specimens and consciously communing with the crystal beings.

In 2017 I started a daily morning mala meditation practice with my OHW Kunzite 108 mala. That was the crystal speaking to me at the time and it carries the frequency of Divine Love. As a result I started the process of breaking my heart wide open, lifting the veils of lies I had created in to my reality. This turned into a 90day daily meditation ritual where I filled myself up with so much self-love I was able to make the toughest decisions of letting go of almost all of my close relationships, including a long term romantic one as I saw the truth that I was no longer in alignment with them. I let go and surrendered to the dark, painful, and lonely unknown. This segued to saying yes to various healers / healing modalities as each opportunity presented itself. As the quote says, “When the student is ready the teacher will appear.”
I found myself on an unintentional 5 year devotional healing journey that led to my spiritual self-mastery journey. In addition to simply wanting to be happier and healthier, my heart was broken and I wanted to heal it. I also had an insatiable urge to know, “WHO AM I?” As I just knew and felt, I was more than what I have been conditioned to believe that I was. It was also in 2017, my hermit year, that I was called to enter celibacy and I no longer wanted to consume meat, processed sugars, and alcohol among other things.
2018-2019 served as my unraveling years. I began to be guided on a series of unplanned trips to powerful portals and vortexes. Unknowingly gridding and receiving medicine, healing, and activations along the way. Experiencing the truth that all land is sacred - some just vibrate at a stronger frequency than others because of how it’s been able to cultivate its nature. From Oahu to Joshua Tree to Sedona to Mount Shasta, where our benevolent StarFamily started to really commune with me. 2020 really gave me the opportunity to go deeper and begin as daily self-healing devotional ritual. A synergy of energy work, forgiveness, and consciousness practices that makes up the 3 Pillars of Heal Alchemy. November 2020 on 11/11 into 2021 I started a 9 month rebirthing in the chrysalis of Mama Kauai’s North Shores, not too long after my Reiki Level 2 training in October 2020.

While in solitude on a small remote island, during the great pause— and a landslide I was forced to go even deeper and surrender some more. It was not pretty, nor easy, even tho I was literally “stuck” in Heaven on Earth. Immersed in potent jungle medicine, the deep ocean, and powerful transmutative ‘aina (land in Hawaiian). The next phase in to darker depths of shadow, uncontrolled unraveling, complete unbecoming, multiple deaths and rebirths continued. I also began to receive a next level powerful healing and ancient wisdom, medicine, codes, and activations from the crystals, the land, to the sea, the wind, rainbows, all living creatures, the cosmos, starfamily, and everything in between and in the Quantum realms.
As my physical vessel became emptier, making space to receive from higher states of consciousness and from source. I began to notice how I have the ability to commune with everything. I started to see how I was nothing and everything all at once. And the oneness in sacred geometry that was encoded in everything and everyone which connected us all. This was my initiation into Shamanism. A remembrance from all my lifetimes including my first lifetime as an Atlantean. And more recently fire medicine as I found myself communing with Pele, Hawaiin Deity of Volcanoes, transmutation, and creation. It was an auspicious moment in time as I stood on her lava rocks around 1am in the darkness, witnessing her continually release red hot liquid lava from the Volcanic eruption on Big Island in June 2023.
Since late 2020 it became evident in my healing sessions from what I and my clients were experiencing, that in receiving all that I just mentioned, I became a conduit of those codes and medicines to be able to share with others during healing sessions / integrations. I also discovered how these codes and experiences amplified my unique alchemy, Ancient DNA, and superpowers.

At the height of it all I started to notice and see actual physical transformation manifest through the process of healing and clearing of my subtle energy body. From uncomfortable physical shedding like a snake to body mass being released with ease and grace overnight just like magic. Non of it was linear nor 1 dimensional. And Just like that I truly saw the recipe and the road map that I have been on. The missing link, the missing key, the answer to everyone’s question who is also on the journey,— “What am I still missing?” . This is when I began to fully receive the channeled guidance to create Heal Alchemy Academy so that I could share all that I have learned, gained, experienced, and much more with those that have been on a journey seeking healing, love, and the peace that is already within. And those just awakening alike to answer the palpable great unknown calling.
I received my Reiki Master training in January 2021 on Island and my Master Teacher attunement in March 2022. All levels are through the Master Usui / Madame Takata and Rainbow Reiki lineage. That same year I followed the message that I have to come back to the mainland to continue to be of service to the mass collective that is consciously awakening. I have to continue to serve as a healer, it’s in my DNA. To share all my wisdom, codes, and knowing with those that are ready for it. To show you that YOU are the powerful one. YOU are the one that is going to heal your trauma(s) and transmute the limiting matrix you’ve been kept small in. To remember your gifts, superpowers, and magical ability to heal! YOU ARE YOUR FAMILY’S LEGACY. Who your Ancestors have been waiting for.
In 2022 after my second return from Island, the Universe literally conspired for me to sit in a powerful journey under the stars above quartz crystals embedded mountains with Grandmother Ayahuasca that was led by Indigenous Yawanawa tribe that just traveled to Los Angeles from the deep Jungles of Peru with their plant medicine. This led to my reconnection to my current Filipino and Portuguese Ancestors. Those 12 hours were rough as my Ancestors had me show up to be healed and as the healer by transmuting our generational trauma, one Ancestor per past generation at a time, with my Mother at the culmination of it. My physical body literally was forced to push it all out of my system, my dna codex and I went through one of the roughest physical purging and transformation for almost a year after that. A physically painful Shamanic Initiation that had me on my knees, crying, and questioning if I wanted any or do any of this work of being of service. I would do it all again because it led to the knowing of my Ancestors literally always being with me, my great allys to call upon anytime for guidance, help, and protection in this 3D existence and beyond specially with my unique ability to show up as medicine for those around me with my ability to energetically transmute and physically heal for them.

Grounded in my knowing as an Ancient Medicine Woman in the Quantum realms and most importantly a Teacher from lifetimes and more I have fully stepped in to being of service to you, to all. I am here to share my medicine, wisdom and codes with you. To teach you tangible tools and healing modalities that you will incorporate in to your daily life. Most importantly to guide you in the process of remembering ancient wisdom that is already inside of you and encoded in your ancient DNA. For your journey of healing, remembrance, and ascencion in to who you truly are. The self-realization of ones limiting beliefs, what I call the self-matrix is real. And Heal Alchemy is here to help with the transmutation and alchemization of this.
Summer 2022 I softly launched a 3 month in-person 1:1 immersions. The “Heal Alchemy Initiates” Program. The second batch of Initiates started Spring 2023. Now with over a handful of graduates and 1 in mastery I am confident in the teachings that was channeled through me. It has been humbling and inspiring to witness the Initiates surrender and commit to their higher healed selves. To be of service in their healing as a healer and a guide for them to remember how powerful they are, their ability to heal themselves, their unique ancient DNA and alchemy. The discoveries have been nothing short of magical, unreal even, and so very powerful and potent! This led to wanting to reach more people to be of service to. This led to creating the “Art of Forgiveness” which is a tangible way of sharing my knowledge and wisdom along with my book “Happy Human Experience” . These ares my offerings to help Humanity in being inspired by my story and sharing what you can do for yourself to be a happy human in this human experience.
