Impact - Driven Founder, Mary Caroline Cruz gave birth to the “Art Of Forgiveness” workshop to share a tried-and-true method of forgiveness that she began to develop in 2017 and continues to master. Since then she has witnessed herself become energetically lighter, peaceful, happier, and was shocked at her miraculous and unintentional physical transformation. Mary has also been helping others on their own transformational journey through Heal Alchemy Academy since 2021. And through crystal and channeled guidance since 2011.

As a Quantum Healer, Mary was able to create a bridge beyond space and time for the indigenous Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono (to make right, right). Whilst incorporating the now western popularized phrase of, “ I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you, i love you.” with what she learned from a Kumu (hawaiian guru) about how it was originally facilitated, honoring it’s origins. These are the roots of the “Art Of Forgiveness” method which is a pillar in Mary’s teachings through, Heal Alchemy Academy.

This workshops and talks tour leads to the release of her book “Happy Human Experience” this fall. This book is allowing Mary to share her body of work in an accessible way. Fulfilling her highest purpose to date which is to share with Humanity how they can be a Happy Human through the powerful act of forgiveness and remembrance of our connectedness and that we are a divine embodiment of love.
